Also known as Plutonian objects, they are small worlds consisting primarily of ice and generally not considered real planets. Many moons and asteroids are considered class D, as are larger objects in star systems, such as the Kuiper Belt. Most of them are not suitable for humanoid life, but many can be colonized through pressure domes.
