Popis:
Behold the impressive U.S.S. Stargazer NCC-2893 XL Starship Figurine, a 24th century Federation Constellation class starship operated by Starfleet! The highly detailed and faithfully accurate U.S.S. Stargazer NCC-2893 XL Starship Figurine would make an exciting addition to your ever-growing Star Trek XL Edition Official Starship Collection!

The U.S.S. Stargazer was commanded by Captain Jean-Luc Picard prior to his assignment to the U.S.S. Enterprise-D. Following the incident in the Romulan Neutral zone in which Captain Ruhalter’s death left the ship without a captain, Jean-Luc Picard, the next highest ranking officer, assumed command and served as Captain of the U.S.S Stargazer for the next 22 years.

The U.S.S. Stargazer is a rare example of a Starfleet vessel from the early part of the 24th century. It is also unusual in being only one of a handful of Starfleet ships that has four rather than two nacelles. All exterior detailings of the vessel have been skillfully captured by the U.S.S. Stargazer NCC-2893 XL Starship Figurine.

For interesting trivia about the U.S.S. Stargazer NCC-2893 XL Starship Figurine: did you know that the model of the U.S.S Stargazer used in Star Trek: The Next Generation originated as set dressing in Captain Picard’s ready room aboard the U.S.S Enterprise-D?
