These vessels were in use with the Xindi during the mid 2150s. They served as general purpose vessels, capable of carrying out cargo hauling, with loads brought aboard via a large ventral hatch, scientific or other functions. Degra, the chief designer of the Xindi weapon project aimed at destroying Earth, used one of these ships as a general purpose transport.
Although not nearly as well armed as the larger warships employed by the Xindi, on one occasion Degra was able to destroy a Xindi Reptilian warship by using his knowledge of the craft - which he had helped to design - to target a weak spot.
