The Evolution of the Planet: It Cools Down to Become a G-Class
The E-Class enters the F-Class planet as the crust and core solidify. Volcanic activity is also a matter of course in class F, the steam released from volcanic eruptions eventually condenses into water, leading to shallow wetlands in which simple bacteria thrive. When the Earth's core cools down sufficiently and volcanic activity ceases, it is then considered a G-class planet.
